Zip to Zip and Anarchy

Paul Marks, in a post at Samizdata, with no links, summarizes some recent goings on in Scotland where kids will, now, never lose at football (soccer), and the situation in Somalia, where things seem to be working well for a cell phone company.  The post is titled “Scotland and Somalia." I feel for the Scottish lads.
