Taxpayers Pockets Aren’t Empty, Yet
After siphoning taxpayers pockets to bailout the financial industry, to the tune of $700 billion or so, and then granting “loans” to the Big 3 automakers in the amount of a mere $13 billion or so, the professional jobholders which make up the congress of these United States, who allegedly are concerned about us taxpayers making ends meet, still can give themselves a raise, from YOUR and my pockets. Bastards! Each and every single member of congress should be driven from Washington D.C., unmercifully.
A crumbling economy, more than 2 million constituents who have lost their jobs this year, and congressional demands of CEOs to work for free did not convince lawmakers to freeze their own pay.
