Supreme Court Condones Ninth Circuit Court Ignorance, Without Comment

“Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil...”

The Supreme Court has declined to hear the case China North Industries Corp. v. Ileto, 04-423.

The case is one of those cases dear to gun haters, you know the type; people don’t kill, guns do.

The facts of the case; beyond the killer’s use of the weapon to murder a postman; according to this article, revolve around these circumstances.

"According to court records, the police department sold the weapon to a gun shop in exchange for a different model. The shop sold it to a gun collector who is alleged to have sold it to Furrow, an ex-convict prohibited from purchasing weapons, at a gun show in Spokane, Wash."

How one can arrive at the conclusion that the manufacturer has any liability, what-so-ever, is beyond my power to comprehend.
