Next to Impossible Task

Considering that Joe Biden cannot think anyway, this will be next to impossible for him to do.

Besides, he’s going to have to content himself with possibly being only the third most powerful man in the country, as word is that Rahm Emanuel is arguably the second most powerful man in the country, at least according the linked article from The Global Edition of the New York Times, so his little brain should not be overly taxed.
