More Unthinking Cops and Tasers - Does it Qualify as an Epidemic?

The way the word epidemic is used, nowadays, by the MSM, to denote relatively localized or self-induced medicals woes, tasering unarmed individuals should qualify as an epidemic.  First a 75 year old woman, then a 6 year old boy, and now a 12 year old girl.

In Colorado Springs, cops use their Tasers like there is some kind of quota associated with the damn things.

"Colorado Springs police fired their stun guns at people an average of 40 times a month in the first six months they carried the weapons."

Are there any cops who have a brain?
