I Second the Motion

Bill, at Free In Idaho, posts a quote from United States Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, Olmstead v. United States (1928), which I re-post here in its entirety.

The makers of the Constitution conferred, as against the government, the Right to be left alone; the most comprehensive of rights, and the right most valued by civilized men.
