Let’s Start with the District of Columbia

The government looking (sic) at expanding a pioneering scheme in Flint, one of the poorest US cities, which involves razing entire districts and returning the land to nature.

Let’s start with that decaying white mansion located in the District of Columbia, and radiate outward in ever expanding circles from there.
