I’d Like A Bug Eyed Hood Ornament

Fred Lapides links over to a wonderful collection of hood ornament photos, and there are some dandies.

I’d like to have a bug eyed hood ornament, modeled on the mayfly Hexagania Limbata, to put on the hood of my fish car, a 1982 Jeep Grand Cherokee which we affectionately call Woodrow, to add a bit of panache to her front end, to offset the whimsy of her rear end.
