Though I am consistently leery of praise emanating from the New York Times, here’s an article on some doings in Grand Rapids, Michigan which, in large part, is accurate and fair.

  2. These are usually expensive but unsustainable efforts by people seeking attention and a strong desire to use other people’s money.  Eventually the donations will run out the government support will become too much to continue and it will fail like all poorly conceived ideas do.
