Broken Arrow

In the movie We Were Soldiers, the term Broken Arrow is utilized.  Here, per Wikipedia, is what the term means.

My question, this morning, is whom do freedom loving individuals put out the call “Broken Arrow” to?

Is it the sheriff, which I noted here?

Most of the time, when you approach your congressman, you come to complain. In the new crusade, you will approach your sheriff and tell him that he is not only handsome, charming and overwhelmingly masculine, but also that he has powers he may not be aware of. You have come to tell him what they are and to back him up. My guess is, when you tell him that, he will not kick you out.

Tell him you expect him to return the courtesy when the Nazis come from the District of Criminals to get the guns. Tell him you are ready in a minute to serve under his direction in a posse. He will not move to Washington and be corrupted. He will stay there with you. Show him the ten orders the Oath Keepers will not obey. The Oath Keepers are retired and active duty military and police. Their web site is oath-keepers.blogspot.com. The first order they promise to disobey is an order to disarm you.

Or do freedom loving individuals put out Broken Arrow call here on the internet, utilizing it as an educational tool on what capitalism actually entails, as I noted an individual considering here?

What about utilizing the internet to recruit and form an organization such as the English Defense League, as the Broken Arrow call, which I noted here?

Or can the Broken Arrow call be in the form of a tax revolt, which has been advocated in the past by individuals whom I have the highest respect for?

Will the unorganized militia answer the Broken Arrow call, or will the organized militia put down the unorganized militia?

I personally do not know the answer to the above questions, but I do know that I am personally prepared to defend my liberty.

I have been putting out the Broken Arrow call, peacefully, for some time now, as have many other individuals, but the call has not relieved me from being overrun by our common foe, which is United States government.  Will I be totally overrun?  That may be, but I will continue my peaceful call.
