Bill of Rights Quote of the Day

...it is the Bill of Rights, not the Bill of Needs.

From a post titled Jew Without A Gun, wherein Robert J. Avrech relates his and his family’s experiences during the LA riots in 1992, and they bear reading.  Mr. Avrech is no longer a Jew without a gun.

My rights require no piece of paper to be valid, nor do yours.  My rights are inalienable, as are yours.
