Roll Your Own Cigarettes No More

Just over a year after I noted that rolling your own cigarettes was becoming a crime here in the State of Michigan, due to the fact that the state had determined that they were not receiving enough tax revenue from those individuals who utilized such apparatuses, the entire nationwide roll your own cigarette industry is going down the proverbial cigarette tube at the stroke of Obama’s pen.

A tiny amendment buried in the federal transportation bill to be signed today by President Barack Obama will put operators of roll-your-own cigarette operations in Las Vegas and nationwide out of business at midnight.

Is it time to burn down Washington D.C., preferably while Congress is in session?
