“Amen,” and Amen!

Malone Vandam, noting Billy Beck’s “not just strong sentiment” regarding the November 2010 Republican hope, (where have you heard that before?), thing, states the following.

...It is where the wheel turns.

When the “political process” produces a third massive entitlement program even as the other two are on a glide path to bankruptcy and lights itself up like a Nuremberg rally over it, the divorce from reality has been made final. The papers have arrived. Or, perhaps as I have suggested, this diabolical President, at least, knows the destruction this brings.

The Republicans stood against it, but by past performance they’ll only come back to manage the mess, not end the thing. Either them days are over, or this country is over. This is not Europe, but it could be Cuba or Venezuela. It could go there.

First of all, the Republicans need to clear the deadwood out of the way. That means Romney, Palin, Huckabee, they need to stay in the blue room. And then some of these people in Congress need to get the one-page health care plan from Coulter and not look back until they have done the impossible. Turn this Titanic around and head back to the port of limited government. That would be to pull the sword from the stone and be something worthy of our lives, fortune, and sacred honor.

Otherwise, don’t bother. It can be settled by other means.

Realistic Prediction on the Results of the November 2010 Vote

The passage of ObamaCare (DeathCare) has many conservative individuals gleefully rubbing their hands in anticipation of fulfilment of predicted monumental Republican victories in the upcoming November 2010 elections.

Claire Wolfe provides a more realistic prediction.

No-brainer Nostradamus: The Rs will sweep to victory in November promising to repeal the ghastly law. Then they won’t.

Using Need as a Human Shield

From a Jim May post at The New Clarion titled OK Tea Party: Put up — or Shut Up.

You’ve heard of human shields; the needy are the enemy’s shield, spear and dagger aimed right at your soul.  Don’t let them be used as weapons against you in this way.

Read the whole thing, because May is correct when he also states the following within his post.

Liberty is indivisible; if you cede your moral sovereignty anywhere, you cede it everywhere.

Though symbolism does not motivate me, it will resonate with many.

ObamaCare (DeathCare) - Ideological Strengthening of Socialism

Today, after a vote which forcibly drags America further into Socialism than it has ever been, and hearing that Obama and the Democrats are rejoicing over this fact, an individual would not be far from the mark if they posited that Obama is channelling Lenin’s response to criticism as recorded in V.I. Lenin’s Two Letters.

That today, when the wave has ebbed, there remain and will remain only real Marxists, does not frighten us but rejoices us.
